This valve is designed to be panel mounted only. It will require a 22.5 mm hole

Valve comes complete with a washer and lock nut. There is a 6mm pin to give firm location. Manufactured in Brass and chrome plated. In standard form this valve will give an extremely high flow but we offer various kits to give much slower filling rates. Also we can supply 232 or 300 Bar Din connections to screw directly into the outlet port. This configuration is normally used by the Fire Service in conjunction with our 7528 Kit for the slow filling of "Kevlar" cylinders as it is important that they do not get hot. The 7505 valve comes to you Oxygen clean and may be used for Nitrox filling panels if used with one of our restricted flow kits. These may be fitted by us prior to shipping and will be marked on the box with the flow rate. Please refer to price list for full details. The simple 3 position operation is: Centre is off, Up is bleed & Down is fill. We recommend that you use our "Flow Stop" Din fittings with this valve as it is very easy to open by accident !!

Inlet: is G 1/4 Female to take our 1265 G 1/4 male or 1280 6mm Pipe Adapter.
Outlet: is G 1/4 Male to accept our charging hoses. Or 16 x 1.5 mm female if adapter is removed.
