The pressure regulator is our 7000 Model. With a maximum inlet pressure of 414 Bar and an outlet pressure adjustable between 0 and 414 Bar.

A compact panel that is built around a manifold system for reliability and ease of servicing. All components are sealed with "O" rings for a positive seal. This model is fitted with our 5080 0 - 400 Bar 150mm mirror scale gauge which has an accuracy of 0.6%. The scale is in 2 bar increments. Just by removing the glass front you will find a re calibration screw on the needle which may be adjusted to re-zero without the need to disconnect the panel. We can also supply this panel with our DPM 400 Gauge in lieu of the analogue gauge.

All valves are our 6000 balanced needle type to give you fine control of flow both into and out of the panel.The handwheels are now moulded rubber for comfort and easy turning. Each storage bank inlet has it`s own 0 - 400 bar single scale 1.6% accurate gauge which enables you to keep a check on storage bank pressures.

All the components are mounted to the front panel and are easily accessible , by removing the 6 front cover screws, for servicing.
You can now service the 6000 Valves from the front of the panel by removing the hand wheel and inserting our special service socket tool. This enables you to replace the seat and all the s seals without having to dis-mantle the panel.

The finish is blue with all text etc. in white. This is easy to keep clean by wiping with a damp cloth. We are able to offer different colour fronts or Brushed Aluminium if preferred.

As with all our charging panels we are able to offer you a choice of fittings for connecting into our panels. We have adaptors to accept flexible hoses which we can supply to any length or an adaptor to take 6mm pipework. Other sizes are available to order. Please send us your requirements.

To special order we can make this panel with storage inlet to the left side and compressor Inlet to the right side.
The system after the regulator is protected by a pressure relief valve set at 250 Bar.
