Integrated weight system

Weight harnesses are becoming increasingly popular, especially with those suffering from middle-age spread. These systems usually fit over the shoulders and accommodate the weights in pockets such as those mentioned earlier, but they allow for a lot more weight.

By far the cheapest harness of those shown here, the Tech harness is a simple system that won't disappoint. The D-rings are a bit too small to be of much use and the adjustment straps could be better, but each pouch can take a whopping 8kg.
